CANCELLATION POLICY

At Youshopin, we begin processing orders as quickly as possible. Please read this cancellation policy before placing an order.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
To request a cancellation, email us at pulicharladharshan479@gmail.com with:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• The email address used when placing the order
• A clear request to cancel the order
We will confirm by email whether your cancellation request has been accepted.
ORDERS THAT CANNOT BE CANCELLED
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped by our supplier or fulfilment partner. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
REFUNDS FOR APPROVED CANCELLATIONS
If your cancellation is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
ORDER CHANGES
If you need to change your delivery address, product, size, colour, or quantity, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once order processing has started.
